Service Fees

Individual, group, and workshops are billed according to the following schedules:

• Individual Therapy
• Group Therapy
• Seminars and Workshops

I do not accept insurance. Click here for more information. My fee schedule is extremely reasonable and affordable. In most cases, my fee approximates what many people would pay for an out-of-network provider with HMO or PPO coverage.

All rates are subject to change.

Individual Therapy

The first individual session is always free of charge.

Clients able to provide verification of unemployment or disability (e.g., a benefit determination letter) are eligible to receive counseling for $5-10 per therapy hour. This special fee is part of our continuing commitment to community well-being and is offered on a case-by-case basis without permanent guarantee.

Ongoing individual therapy is provided on an income-based sliding scale. Fees for one hour (60 minute) therapy sessions range from $30-90, as follows:

Group Therapy

Group therapy is typically 60-90 minutes in duration, meets weekly at a predetermined day and time, and costs between $20-30 per session depending on the group.

Groups will be posted as they become available. There are currently no group offerings. Check back here for updates, or contact Elena with any questions or to indicate interest.

Seminars and Workshops

Seminars are always free of charge.

Workshops (not currently offered) flat fee: $500 for 90-120 minutes
(duration depends on participation)

All workshop flat fees cover up to 5 people in attendance. A per-person fee of $50 per additional person is applicable for each attendee over-limit. Groups are capped at 10 attendees.

Flat rates for workshop groups larger than 5 attendees and/or multiple sessions are negotiable if desired; please contact the practice to discuss details.
