Coordination of Care

With appropriate disclosure agreements in place, Elena will gladly confer with other treaters at the client's request.

Elena will only speak with non-professional treaters (e.g. family and friends) if 1) the client gives written permission by signing a formal consent and 2) professional judgement suggests such disclosure will assist the client's treatment. Signing a consent alone does not automatically mean the therapist is willing to disclose information to interested parties.
